Holding company board of directors
The board of directors of the holding company (Altri) is made up of five members:
Paulo Jorge dos Santos Fernandes, Chairman
Was one of the founders of Cofina (the company that led to the formation of Altri, by demerger), and has been involved in the group’s management since its incorporation. Graduated from Universidade do Porto with a degree in Electronic Engineering; also has an MBA from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
João Manuel Matos Borges de Oliveira, CFO
Was one of the founders of Cofina (the company that led to the formation of Altri, by demerger), and has been involved in the group’s management since its incorporation. Graduated from Universidade do Porto with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Holds a postgraduate qualification in European Studies from Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon, and an MBA from INSEAD.
Pedro Macedo Pinto de Mendonça
Attended the Medicine Faculty of Porto for two years, and holds a degree in Mechanics from the Ecole Supérieure de l’Etat in Brussels.
Domingos José Vieira de Matos
Holds a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economy of Universdade do Porto. Initiated his carrier in management in 1978.
Laurentina da Silva Martins
Holds a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economy of Universdade do Porto
