RELEVANT FACT
In accordance with article 248º of Código dos Valores Mobiliários ALTRI, SGPS, SA, announces that, in accordance with resolution nº 108/2005 of Ministers Council Meeting of the 28th June, determined that its subsidiary INVESCAIMA-Investimentos e Participações, SGPS, S.A. ("Invescaima"), as a winner of the public offer referring to the first phase of the reprivatization process of Portucel Tejo - Empresa de Celulose do Tejo, S.A., ("Portucel Tejo"), acquired today 7,125.000 shares of Portucel Tejo, which correspond to a participation of 95% of its social capital, at the price of Euros 37.976.250 (Thirty seven million nine hundred and seventy six thousand two hundred and fifty Euros).
